  • What is the cancellation policy for regular bookings?

    Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time incur no fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a charge to cover driver time.

  • What is your wedding deposit & cancellation Policy?

    A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all wedding bookings. By submitting a deposit, the client agrees to reserve the scheduled date and services.


    If the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled wedding date, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.


    Cancellations made earlier than 30 days prior to the event may be subject to review in accordance with our full terms and conditions, but the deposit remains non-refundable as it secures your date and compensates for lost booking opportunities.


    By paying the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
